The Order Process



Our goal is to create long-term industry partnerships with custom stationery designers such as yourself. We have spent considerable time to create repeatable production flows that allow us to run efficiently and keep our prices affordable.

We recognize that the first time you place an order with us there will be many questions. We are happy to invest in you as a client. Give us a call and we can walk you through the process.

Step 1


Visit our website to review the file requirements and available in-house papers and envelopes.

Step 2


Create your print ready, pdf card files (one file per printed piece).

Step 3


Fax or email us a complete itemized order form to 513.831.0103 or orders@stationeryworks.com. Then email your print ready files and a color proof (jpg or pdf) of each printed piece to orders@stationery works.com.


Once you have completed these steps, look for an email response with a written quote for the job within 1-2 business days. We will ask that you verify we fully understand the details of your order (sizes, paper, printing technology, etc.).

Once you approve the quote and have provided a 50% deposit, we begin printing your order. The remaining 50% is due upon shipment. Most jobs ship within 3-5 busines days of the deposit being placed.
